Loriel is an award winning actor currently based in Toronto.

 

The youngest of four daughters raised in rural Alberta, Loriel discovered dance at an early age which fostered her love for performance and creating characters. A trained competitive dancer, she has performed in Disneyland and trained at the Monterrey School of Ballet in Mexico. 

 

As an actor, Loriel has trained in the Stanislavsky system in Vancouver and the Ivanna Chubbuck Studio in Los Angeles before moving to London, England and training for two years at the Actor’s Centre. 

 

While in London, Loriel was cast in dual roles in the UK premiere of Toronto playwright Jason Sherman’s play ‘It’s All True’, which received London’s Time Out Critics Choice.  Upon returning to Canada and establishing herself in Toronto, Loriel has been steadily working in independent film and theatre. ​
